About Us

Humane Animal Rescue Partners of Washington mission is to provide a better quality of life for both tame and feral cats through; low or no cost spay and neuter, veterinary care, foster, adoption and colony management.

We are located in Yelm, Washington, and adopt cats to all of Pierce County, Washington. If you live Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, Roy or Yelm, please fill out an adoption application.
